Biome is a meditative digital toy where the user explores the evolution of a small chunk of land by travelling in time, rather than space.
Interaction is minimal and intuitive, but every touch transforms every element of the world, from the plants and animals that inhabit it to the shape of the terrain.
It’s been in steady development as a collaboration between interaction designer Tom Kail and sound designer Jon Tree. They aim to release Biome on iPad, Desktop and Console in late 2015.
